Zoar Soar currently ships Pan India.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped through trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before placing the order.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or message so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Zoar Soar, we take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.

However, a return or refund may be considered under the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product is missing from your order

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.

Once the issue is verified, we will either arrange a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In case of successful cancellation, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Zoar Soar reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Return Process

  • If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
  • Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
